What is the role?

Come help us build the future of restaurant ordering. Bamboo is currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role you will decide where and how we spend our marketing budget for most impact. You will execute campaigns and experiments, reporting what’s happening and what we need to do next. You will work in a high velocity environment but your work will be extremely rewarding.


What you’ll be doing

  • Leading efforts on sophisticated quantitative analyses and that translates data into actionable insights.

  • Experiment constantly to identify and refine acquisition channels and optimise conversion funnels.

  • Design, develop and execute new acquisition, engagement and retention programs. (e.g., Customer engagement, Corporate engagement, Partner Merchandising)

  • Work closely with Product to develop and build new features to drive to improve customer experience and engagement.

  • Develop, implement and support a wide variety of local marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Build toolkits to scale marketing programs, create and set processes that address local needs in a standardised manner.

  • Develop and supervise the implementation of tactical plans and day-to-day activities of marketing initiatives/campaigns.

What skills you’ll need

  • 2-5 years of growth marketing experience or an analytical role at a tech company.

  • Experience with product marketing, user-lifecycle and email marketing

  • Effective at implementing and measuring channel success (cohort analysis, LTV)

  • Experience with performance marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook ads and AdWords)

  • Strong analytical capabilities with strong insight and understanding of how a business operates.
